Annual General Meeting 2024

The 2024 AGM will be held on Thursday 27th June at 19:30 via Zoom. To register, please email the secretary Bill Taylor and you will be sent a link with log-in details before the meeting. Apologies can also be sent to Bill. Nominations for committee positions should be sent with proposer and seconder and returned to the Secretary by Thursday 13th June please. All current committee members have agreed to stand again. Members who wish to propose a motion for the meeting should submit it to the Secretary with at least 14 days notice, so also by 13th June please, signed by the proposer and seconder. The Secretary shall then give to members at least 7 days notice of such motions.
